Easter egg vol.2

I know, I know, not a very 'festive' design but it IS inspired by an Easter egg. I was looking through my stamping plates and couldn't believe I found a stamp that looked so much like this funky Easter egg design I found online! Check out the picture after the jump!

nail polishes used:
Collection 15 Tropical Pink
2true shade 26
Ciate Talent Scout
Seche Perfectly Poised
Golden Rose Paris 151
Golden Rose Color Expert 60

When I was making this I was a bit pressed for time. Luckily sponging nail varnish is very forgiving. All I did was paint my nails white to make the colours pop and sponge all the above polishes at random. Once they were dry I used Golden Rose Color Expert 60 to apply a stamp from my beloved MoYou Mother Nature 08 Collection. I think it was meant to be a cloud or a dust cloud, oh well, it's an Easter egg now!

The design was inspired by this quirky Easter egg. I love it! We used to make something similar during art classes in primary school.

I suppose it doesn't scream EASTER but I think it's funky either way. Not too dark not too bright, but definitely eye catching! Your kind of design? It sure is mine! Or do you prefer a more 'traditional' Easter designs and palette?
