Spring is officially here so I think a pastel manicure is in order. I feel a bit bad that I haven’t done any Easter nail designs this year so I am hoping to kill two birds with one stone with this one!
I spotted this design by SoNailicious a while ago and I just knew I wanted to recreate it. To achieve this look I used a selection of pink and violet HJ Manicure polishes. I began with Pink Bikini* as my base colour and I then added the half moon elements. I started with Lavender* closest to the cuticle and then added another band of colour with Pink Bikini* on my middle finger and Thunder Storm* on my ring finger. There is no need to be super precise at this point as the chrome border will cover any imperfections. I used Beauty UK Posh Polish Olympic Silver. I sealed the whole design with a layer of Cuccio 7 Seconds Reactive top coat*, but I have to say, I wouldn’t recommend it for nail art as it tends to smudge.
