Classic: Freehand Stripes

I have a Furious Filer classic for your today, a good ol' striped design!

To create this look I used a selection of Cirque Colors polishes. For my base I applied 2 layers of Fast Fashion*. I then painted the first set of lines with my striping brush and Bond St*. I added a few holographic stripes using Ambrosia* and once the design was dry, I finished the look with 2 layers of top coat.

I've been a little MIA lately and it's had a real impact on my nail art skills. My beloved stripes take a lot longer than usual as I have to go over the wonky lines a few times to correct them. That is simply not on. These lines are not perfect but, for the sake of my sanity, I decided to leave them as they were.

What's the verdict on this one then? Wonky? Not wonky? Ish?

New to Cirque?
There are two things you need to know: gorgeous colours and amazing formulas. Don't take my word for it...oh, hold on, actually do! Check out my recent review for more of their gorgeous shades here.

  1. How on earth are these freehand?? Marta, they're amazing. I can't even produce lines like this with vinyls!
