Candy crush!

I've recently colour coded all my polishes and realised I own at least 5 identical reds. It also turned out I have varnishes that have never even been opened! What a muppet! And this is how or rather why this mani happened. I realised that recently I've limited myself mostly to a winter/festive palette. So here is very cute, very unwintery, pastel cupcake design. And what ya gonna do?! ;)

To create the stripy design I used Ciate Loop the Loop, Demi Carte 38 and a striping brush. I love this yellow by Ciate, it's a pastel but not washed out and not in your face either. On my middle finger I used Ciate Sugar Plum, Demi Carte 38, Maybelline Color Show Nebline, a striping brush and a dotting tool. My ring finger is featuring a beautiful cupcake design from MoYou Collection Pro XL. I tried to make a homemade decal AGAIN. I've not given up yet! This time instead of my curved stamper I used a sandwich bag. As you can imagine the decal wasn't curved which made it easier to apply. However because it wasn't curved and my nail is, it got a bit wrinkly on the sides when applying. Nothing a top coat couldn't fix but still annoying! So I still haven't cracked this homemade decal thing but I'm determined to make it work...purely because it's just getting on my nerves now! To create the cupcake I used Miss Sporty 544, Barry M Lychee and Maybelline Color Show Nebline. I sealed the design with a top coat. Hope you like it, enjoy the rest of your weekend!
